Mission: Municipalities in the Netherlands strive to move with the continuous changes within the social domain and strengthen their professionalism. Gaining clear insight into implementation practices and relevant figures is crucial in this regard. Divosa offers - in cooperation with Stimulansz and BMC Onderzoek - with its benchmarks municipalities the opportunity to compare themselves with other municipalities, with the aim of learning from each other and jointly improving service delivery.
Approach: For more than 10 years, more than 220 municipalities have been using an advanced benchmarking tool using our platform Cviews. This tool enables them to measure and compare performance in the areas of Work & Income, Poverty & Debt and Statusholders & Integration. Municipal data is read, analyzed and presented monthly in clear dashboards and reports. These reports provide essential support in making organizational and policy choices.
Result: Each month, municipalities receive up-to-date and in-depth data related to assistance, reintegration and enforcement. In addition, they receive an annual complete overview of their performance in poverty policy and debt assistance. This ensures a continuous improvement process and strengthens policy-making and implementation within the social domain.
