The Mission

The MAX Opinion Panel has existed for years and provides valuable insights for Omroep MAX's programs. Now that editors are responsible for conducting their own research, the need for a partner that thinks along about quality is growing. Not by taking over, but by providing smart, collaborative support.

Our approach

We provide a balance between autonomy and control. Editors can work on smaller investigations themselves. For larger or more complex issues, we step in:

• Review of questionnaires - are the questions clear, neutral and logically constructed?
• Validation of conclusions - do the insights match the data, or do they need more nuance?

We take a journalistic and analytical view. That keeps the bar high, without slowing down the process.
