Blue Field Agency's ESG strategy

ESG Strategy 2024

Blue Field Agency combines several services: Insights, Analytics/AI and Creative. Our mission, as a partner for organizations and companies, is to help our clients continuously improve. We do this externally, but also internally.

From our mission, we have defined 3 strategic pillars:

-People Growth. Diversity, equality and inclusion.

-Our responsibility to the world. Energy efficiency.

-Work with sustainable impact for and with customers and partners. An increasing proportion of our work is for and with clients who also have sustainability as a pillar. By HY1 2024, we will have 41% turnover in 'sustainability' clients.

SDG 10: Ongelijkheid verminderen – leren voor morgen

Blue Field Agency promotes equity. We consider diversity and inclusiveness in our hiring policies. We invite applicants based on competency recruitment. This hiring policy has resulted in a diverse and inclusive group of employees and interns:

Talent Development

Blue Field Agency, in order to promote equity of opportunity, works continuously to develop employees. This is both personally and professionally:

-Weekly knowledge sessions in the teams.

-Monthly lunch and learn sessions.

-Attendance at conferences, seminars and participation in webinars.

-By 2023, we will have awarded and reimbursed 100% of courses requested by employees.

Our responsibility to the world

SDG 13 Klimaatactie - Bereid met zorg

Blue Field Agency is aware of the importance of a zero-energy footprint. For this reason, we have taken a number of measures. We moved to a new location in November 2023 that is sustainable with energy and circularity. Our building has solar panels and a heat pump. As a result, it is gas-free. Rainwater is used to flush the toilets. The biophillic design concept has been implemented in the building: so-called "green walls," which are built entirely with plants. They are moistened by the rainwater collected. We separate all our waste.

We chose an office building close to public transport. With this we encourage sustainable transportation, not only for our employees, but also for our customers. We also use electric cars and pool cars and fully reimburse public transport and bicycle mileage costs for employees. We promote working from home (employees work 40% from home), thus reducing unnecessary transport movements.

We engage in sustainable purchasing of office supplies, such as recycled paper and notepads, and print as little as possible and monitor that monthly.

Working with sustainable impact for and with customers and partners

We are proud to work for an increasing number of organizations that select their suppliers for compliance with various SDG goals.

Partners

We work with a local partner to build websites. In our selection, we considered their policies on SDG goals.
