Blue Field Agency's ESG strategy

ESG-strategie 2024

Blue Field Agency combines various services: Insights, Analytics/AI and Creative. Our mission is to help our clients continuously improve as a partner for organizations and companies. We do this externally, but also internally.

Based on our mission, we have defined 3 strategic pillars:

· Growth of people. Diversity, equality and inclusion.

· Our responsibility for the world. Energy-efficient working.

· Work with sustainable impact for and with clients and partners. An increasing part of our work is for and with clients who also have sustainability as a pillar. In HY1 2024, we have 41% turnover in 'sustainability' clients.

Growth of people

Blue Field Agency promotes equal opportunities. In our recruitment policy, we take diversity and inclusivity into account. We invite applicants based on competence acquisition. This recruitment policy has led to a diverse and inclusive group of employees and interns:

Talent development

Blue Field Agency works continuously on employee development in order to promote equal opportunities. This is both on a personal level and in terms of professional content:

Weekly knowledge sessions in the teams.

Monthly lunch and learn sessions.

Visits to conferences, seminars and participation in webinars.
In 2023, we will have awarded and reimbursed 100% of the courses requested by employees.

Our responsibility for the world

Blue Field Agency is aware of the importance of a zero-energy footprint. For this reason, we have taken a number of measures. In November 2023, we moved to a new location that deals sustainably with energy and circularity. Our building has solar panels and a heat pump. This makes it gas-free. Rainwater is used to flush the toilets. The biophilic design concept has been implemented in the building: so-called 'green walls', which are completely constructed with plants. They are moistened by the collected rainwater. We separate all our waste.

We have opted for an office building close to public transport. In this way, we stimulate sustainable transport, not only for our employees, but also for our customers. We also use electric cars and pool cars and fully reimburse public transport and bicycle mileage costs for employees. We promote working from home (40% of employees work from home) and thus prevent unnecessary transport movements.

We purchase office supplies sustainably, such as recycled paper and notepads and print as little as possible and monitor this monthly.

Work with sustainable impact for and with customers and partners
